I had a very big chicken for lunch today. It made me feel very full, and then very sleepy when I went back to work in the afternoon. Maybe later when you are here I can take you to eat the giant chicken too. You think you can finish it? Hehe...

A Drive Back With Speedy Gonzales

Dear Insyirah,

Last night I arrived at my home in Kerteh after midnight, traveling from our house in PJ. You remember I left the house when you and Ihsan were watching that story about the woolly mammoth and the dinosaur right? That movie is called 'The Ice Age 3'. This time I did not arrive at my house in Kerteh in the morning like the last time because my friend was driving. And he drove like Speedy Gonzalez! So we arrived home much earlier...


This is Speedy Gonzales, and he can run very fast... my friend drives fast just like him!

At the office, I was very busy today. I had meetings the whole day that it made me very dizzy! But I have to work very hard so that I can have enough money to buy things for the family; for Ibu, you, Ihsan and Iman. Then I can take you out and eat roti canai egg and donuts, and I can buy you toys (when you behave!). By the way have you been behaving this week? ;-)


I was dizzy just like this man because I had so much work today!

Last week I promised to take some pictures of the playground near my house here. Here are the pictures. These places are just behind my house you know. I really look forward to having you, Ibu, Ihsan and Iman to join me here very soon. This place will be more fun with all of you with me.







Anyway, I'm going to bed now. Tomorrow is going to be another busy day. I will try and write some more to you tomorrow. Until then, love you sayang.

A Very Tiring Day

Dear Insyirah,

I am feeling a bit tired today. Yesterday, I drove back from Atuk's house in PJ back to Kerteh and it took me over 8 hours before I finally arrived in my house in Kerteh. The reason why I took so long was because I stopped by to take a rest on my way here last night and overslept for 4 hours. By the time I woke up, it was almost 4 o'clock in the morning. I managed to get home just before the start of Subuh prayer. I quickly performed my Subuh prayer and took a short nap before I woke up again and went to work. So it has been a long and tiring day for me!

After work, I went to play futsal with my friends in the office. Futsal is just like football, only that the playing field is smaller than a football field. It is a good way to get some exercie. I need to do a lot of exercise because I have to get my tummy to be smaller, just like you told me to last night, right? I will try to make my tummy smaller the next time I see you, ok?

Gifts For My Good Children

Dear Insyirah,

Today Abah went to the Mesra Mall in Kertih to find gifts for you and Ihsan. I had promised to buy you a black-coloured Angry Bird if you behaved well in these last 2 weeks. I had called Ibu and asked her whether you have been behaving well. Alhamdulillah, Ibu said you have been a very good girl. Congratulations!

Because you kept your promise to be good, I kept mine too. So I bought you the black Angry Bird as I promised.


Angry Bird for a good girl...

At the toy shop, there were sooo many other Angry Birds! They looked so angry that it made me scared a little! Hehe.. Abah told the other Angry Birds if my daughter keeps on behaving well, I will buy more and more of them until we have the whole Angry Bird family! So Insyirah, you have to keep your promise to always be good ok? You must listen to Abah and Ibu, and be nice to your brother and sister. I know you can do it!

Abah also bought Ihsan a toy car, since he likes cars so much. Abah bought him a blue little sports car. Now he has 2 cars to play with! I already bought him his first toy car last week!


Vroommm.... vroom....

You know, I saw something very unusual today. When I walked to my car after work today, I saw sooo many big giant snails on the ground! There must have been 7 of them on the ground. Show Atuk this pictures I took of the snails. Atuk used to kill so many giant snails at our house because the snails keep eating his plants. Atuk is a snail killer! Hehe...
